Information about today’s multiple raids in the Twin Cities unfolded quickly over Twitter. Here is a list of accounts you should follow for RNC updates:
- Coldsnap Legal is a local legal collective and probably has the latest updates out of everyone because of their proximity to the protesters themselves. They also have a jail support line at 651-356-8635.
- The Uptake has its own account, but you might want to follow some of the individual journalists as well: JasonBarnett, Chuckumentary, NoahKunin.
- The Minnesota Independent has two Twitter accounts: MnIndy and MnIndyLIVE. The latter is for breaking news by Molly Priesmeyer.
- MinnPost can be found at MinnPostNow.
C-SPAN is also aggregating Twitter posts that include the “#rnc08” hashtag.
